How much does Concierge cost?
A service fee applies on top of the alteration cost. The exact fee depends on your location, garment type, and order size — we'll provide an exact quote when you call.
When do I pay?
The concierge service fee is payable at pickup. The alteration cost is payable on delivery, after you've inspected the finished garments and are satisfied.
How long does it take?
Most alterations are completed within 3–5 business days. We'll give you an estimated completion time when we collect your garments, and call you when they're ready.
What if I'm not happy with the alterations?
Our 21-day workmanship guarantee applies to all concierge orders. If anything isn't right, we'll collect the garment, fix it, and return it — at no extra charge.
